Biography
Jorge has more than 30 years of experience representing injured persons in personal injury, wrongful death, and employment discrimination cases. His trial work in state and federal court has produced a long record of jury verdicts for plaintiffs, along with numerous large settlements.
His willingness to take a case to trial when an offer is not fair is well known among his peers. He was appointed to the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee in the mass-tort San Juan Dupont Plaza Hotel Fire Litigation and named to the Board of Bar Examiners of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico.
A frequent guest lecturer on civil procedure, evidence, and trial strategy, Jorge brings courtroom experience that few cruise-injury cases ever have to face down the cruise lines.
