Biography
Lily has counseled and represented employers, negotiated with unions, assisted workers, and prosecuted federal labor cases as a Senior Field Attorney with the National Labor Relations Board. That vantage point, every side of a workplace dispute, informs the practical solutions she finds for clients.
For cruise matters, she advises crew members on employment and workplace issues, from wage and hour to discrimination and retaliation, drawing on deep experience before the NLRB, EEOC, OSHA, and the state and federal courts.
An extrovert and a firm believer in open communication, Lily has a keen eye for the areas of an employment relationship where problems start, and how to resolve them before they grow.
