Biography

After co-founding the affiliated firm Suro & Suro and working with leading firms, including McConnell Valdés, Puerto Rico's largest, Miguel has represented plaintiffs in cases with outstanding outcomes, including federal jury verdicts and favorable settlements.

An experienced federal practitioner, his focus includes federal civil litigation, business and international transactions, and blockchain law. He is admitted in the Southern District of Florida, where many cruise cases are heard, and before the United States Supreme Court.

Having sat on both sides of the table, Miguel brings a practical, business-minded perspective to every matter, while never losing sight of the person and family behind the case.
